Prof Dr Dirk Zupancic is a professor, consultant, trainer and coach with a focus on B2B sales, growth strategies, marketing and leadership.

Dirk Zupancic completed his doctorate (2001) and habilitation (2014) at the University of St.Gallen, where he was an assistant professor and has been a private lecturer in marketing since 2015. In 2008, he was appointed ‘Professor of Industrial Goods Marketing & Sales’ at the private business school GGS in Heilbronn, which he headed for almost 10 years as Managing Director and President.

Since 1988, he has gained broad practical experience as an air force officer, banker, management consultant and owner of a consulting and private equity company in Zurich, head of the B2B Marketing Competence Centre at the University of St. Gallen, member of the board of directors and supervisory board, managing director/president and entrepreneur.

His core competences: Market-orientated corporate strategy, structure and culture, sales and customer management, in particular Sales Driven Company, KAM/GAM, Sales Excellence, Value Selling, value-oriented leadership, B2B Sales & Marketing.

Dirk is the author of over 160 publications on strategy, marketing, sales and leadership. He is present on all relevant social media.
