Vita

Felix Schakols is a PhD candidate and research associate at the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St. Gallen (IMC-HSG). At the IMC, Felix Schakols leads the Swiss Consumer Studies.

In his research at the intersection of marketing and new technologies, Felix Schakols examines how both managers and consumers interact with artificial intelligence to better understand the challenges and opportunities of these interactions.

He completed his studies at the University of Lucerne with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and a Master’s degree in Economics with a major in Market-Oriented Business Management. In his master’s thesis, he focused on pricing and willingness to pay for innovative consumer goods.

Felix Schakols is a member of the Association for Consumer Research.
