Vita

Jan-Hendrik Bucher is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St. Gallen (IMC-HSG). At IMC, Jan-Hendrik Bucher supports lectures as well as the Swiss Academy of Marketing Science (SAMS).

In his research at the intersection of marketing and consumer behavior, he studies consumers’ post-purchase product evaluation processes through a qualitative research design.

Jan-Hendrik Bucher completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences and his master’s degree in Brand Management & Marketing Communication at the University of Southern Denmark.
