Vita

Thedda Henny Deecke is a doctoral candidate and research associate with Prof. Dr. Marcus Schögel at the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St.Gallen (IMC-HSG) and is co-responsible for the Marketing Delta Program at the Institute.

In executive education she is the director of studies for the programs DAS Sales Executive and CAS Sales Management.

Thedda completed her Master’s degree in International Management at NOVA SBE in Lisbon and her dual Bachelor’s degree at FHDW Hannover during which she completed numerous internships. Most recently, Thedda worked for 6 years in management consulting, primarily advising companies in the telecommunications industry in the areas of CRM, customer management and sales. Therefore, she brings a lot of practical experience with her. Her research interests focus on marktech and AI.
