Contractual Terms

General

The course fee must be paid no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice (payment in two installments is possible upon request). The course fee includes break catering, lunch, intensive support of the participants and documentation (excl. accommodation and other catering costs).

If the registration is withdrawn later than 6 weeks before the start of the course, we will have to charge you a fee of CHF 25% of the course fee.

If the registration is withdrawn later than 4 weeks before the start of the course, no refund of the corresponding fee can be made.

However, with the agreement of the course management, a substitute participant can be provided. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the contractual relationship resulting from the signing of this registration form is CH-9000 St.Gallen. Swiss law is applicable.

Data protection

The Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG) undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. The information received from the participant will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used to carry out the training. However, the participant agrees that the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG) may use the data collected for its own advertising purposes. If a participant expressly does not wish this to happen, he/she can inform the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG) of this in writing at any time. The revocation is valid from the date of receipt.

The participant is aware that pictures and/or statements may be taken of him/her during the training and, by participating in the training, agrees that the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG) may use this material for its own online presence or other advertising purposes. The participant assigns the necessary copyrights to the image and sound material to the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG). Excluded from use are images or videos that portray the participant in a discriminatory manner. The participant may object to the transfer of copyrighted rights of use to the image and sound material at any time vis-à-vis the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG). The revocation is valid from receipt.
