Philipp Kaufmann works as a doctoral student and research assistant for Prof. Dr. Sven Reinecke at the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St.Gallen (IMC-HSG). At the IMC, he heads the editorial team of the Marketing Review St.Gallen.

Before joining the IMC, Philipp worked for six years in digital marketing at the Swiss comparison platform Comparis. His main interests lie in digital and product marketing as well as web analytics. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and his Master’s degree in Innovation Management at the University of Manchester.

Since November 2023, Philipp has been working at the University of St.Gallen and dedicates his research to marketing management and performance marketing.
