Dalia Herzog is a doctoral student and research assistant to Prof. Dr. Sven Reinecke at the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St.Gallen (IMC-HSG). At the IMC, she is head of the B2B Marketing and Key Account Management programmes and supports the team in the Best Practice in Marketing experience exchange programme for companies.
Dalia Herzog completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics at the University of Basel and successfully completed her Master’s degree in Business Management at the University of St.Gallen (HSG).
With three years of experience in management consulting at PwC Switzerland with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceuticals, she has extensive expertise in the areas of strategy and organisational development as well as communication. In addition, she gained valuable professional experience at a communications consultancy, in journalism (newspaper and TV) and at an umbrella organisation. Dalia is fascinated by healthcare and pharmaceutical topics, which motivates her to focus her research on pharmaceutical marketing and sales.
In her free time, Dalia likes to enjoy nature, be it hiking or walking in the forest or in the mountains. Her passion for personal development is reflected in her current training as a Co-Active Coach. She also enjoys dancing (Lindyhop/Swing) and her enthusiasm extends to the wide range of unisport activities on offer, including yoga, cycling, Pilates and body toning.
